Mayhaw Jelly

My Mayhem Mayhaw  jelly is made from the fruit of mayhaw Mississippi trees, which are a type of hawthorn. The fruit, resembling small crabapples, is harvested and its juice is used to create a jelly that is known for its sweet and tart flavor.  It's a small, berry-like fruit that grows on mayhaw trees, which are native to the southeastern United States. Having that zing makes it a southern thing!
